Leadership Training

Everyone is a leader of someone or something! Our goal is to assist you in becoming an even stronger and more effective leader. In order to assume a leadership role in ministry at Grove Baptist, you must complete New Members Class and additional training.

Leaders By Design is our annual intensive training where all leaders gather in a retreat setting to enhance their spiritual leadership skills.
Pillars of Power Leadership Institute, “where leaders are built to last”, is a 2-year program for advanced leadership development. “Pillars” is presented in cooperation with Rev.
