God places the vision for the overall direction of his local church within the Senior Pastor or under-shepherd. The vision sets the direction for the accomplishment of the church’s mission. The vision for this church is a three-point vision:

FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP

The Bible has wonderful instruction on managing every area of our lives, including our finances. We have trained financial counselors and are serious about helping you use your finances God’s way. Classes and workshops are offered monthly.

Grove Baptist Church gladly accepts DEBIT card purchases and discourages use of credit cards, which can lead to debt bondage. Members who need an extended time to pay for retreats and workshops should contact the church at 757-484-8944 about the interest free Visions Installment Plan (VIP).

Those who choose to use credit cards should be sure to pay off the balance at month’s end or before interest begins to accrue. For more information on Christian Money Management workshops, please attend the Debt Reduction sessions on the 2nd Monday of each month or call the church office at 757-484-4149.
