What is Salvation?

The definition of salvation is deliverance from sin and its consequences, believed by Christians to be brought about by faith in Christ. Salvation is God's plan to provide us with an escape from the consequences of sin. That’s why Jesus came to earth, died and was resurrected. You must know that being “saved” or “born again” is the most important experience of your life. Best of all, salvation is for everyone, it’s free, and you can have it now. Salvation is for those who want to be forgiven of their sins, who believe that Jesus died for their sins and was raised for the same, who want Jesus to be Lord of their lives, and who confess with their mouths and believe in their hearts that these things are true. If you pray those words and believe, you are saved… right here and right now. You might feel the same, but you are not the same.

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

John 6:28-29

"Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

Reconnecting to Christ?

2 Corinthians 5:17
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"

Matthew 28:18-20
“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

1 John 1:9
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”

Need Prayer?

Mark 11:24
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

James 5:13
"Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise."

2 Chronicles 7:14
"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

Salvation is God's plan to provide us with an escape from the consequences of sin. (John 1:29). That’s why Jesus came to earth, died and was resurrected. (John 3:16). Being “saved” or “born again” is the most important experience of your life. Best of all, salvation is for everyone, it’s free (John 6:28) and you can have it now.

(2 Corinthians 5)

We are excited for you! When you ask Christ to come into your heart and life, you become a child of God. Your sins are forgiven.
