Life’s experiences often weigh down our hearts and minds with things we were never meant to face alone. Research on societal trauma shows that unprocessed experiences can affect our emotional and spiritual well-being. On Saturday, October 11, at 9 AM and 1 PM, members of the Faith and Social Justice ministry will gather in a safe, restorative space to share, listen, and restore together. Grounded in faith, these circles help us process collectively, honor each voice, and strengthen our community bonds.
